We hope you find the site easy to use but if you need any help please email info@kidsnest.co.uk and we will be happy to help. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, if for some reason any item is out of stock we will let you know as quickly as we can by e-mail.

Payment

You can pay by paypal, send us a cheque (UK sterling only) or pay by bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer simply email us your order and we will send you our bank details for payment.

Pricing

Sometimes we may make mistakes on the website re pricing or product descriptions but hopefully not. Nest reserves the right to correct obvious errors (for example refunding and cancelling any order which is placed at an incorrectly displayed price). Nest will always contact you promptly if any discrepancies or errors occur.

Returns

If you are not happy with your product, let us know straight away. If you want to return your items we will be happy to refund you as long as the goods are in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us first before returning any goods.

Items must be returned within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please note on non faulty items, we cannot refund the postage and we will not be held liable for the return postage costs. Please ensure that goods are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Please make sure items are well packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items. Ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at info@kidsnest.co.uk. If you order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the procedure set out in the returns policy.

If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately.

If an item you have received is damaged or defective please inform us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Please note that vintage goods will have natural wear and tear consistent with its age and we try to point out any obvious natural flaws.

Packaging

We aim to use recycled packaging wherever possible.

Gift Wrapping

We will be happy to gift wrap your parcel. Just let us know when you place the order.

Mailing list

You will be added to our mailing list automatically so we can let you know what new gems we have in stock. Please note, you can unsubscribe whenever you like.

Ordering times

Orders will normally be sent out within one week but we aim to send out quicker where possible.

Shipping costs are for our standard shipping service listed below. If you need something delivered in a hurry let us know as we can normally use a quicker service however additional charges will apply.

Shipping General

We deliver in the UK using a combination of Royal Mail 1st class post, Royal Mail Recorded/Special delivery and a Courier Service, depending on the value and size of your package, and where we are sending it.

When selecting shipping rates please ensure you select the correct shipping band for your item. Otherwise there may be a delay in sending out your parcel until we receive the outstanding postage balance.

We will email you to let you know your parcel has been dispatched. Parcels within the UK will normally take 2-5 days to arrive from date of sending. If your parcel does not arrive within 7 days please email info@kidsnest.co.uk and let us know so we can chase it for you.

Please note that if the parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days and we are not notified it could result in the parcel being returned. The original postage cost can not be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items so please keep your eyes peeled.
